About The Menu
The menu at The Proprietors borrows techniques and flavors from global cuisines while celebrating local ingredients harvested on small Nantucket and New England farms. Chef Michael LaScola serves an adventurous menu of shareable plates and dishes hot off the plancha with a strong focus on imaginative seafood, vegetable and grain presentations. Guests can expect to see dishes playfully combining international flavors with ingredients from small farms and producers raised specifically for the restaurant.
An award winning wine program offers a carefully curated selection of international bottles from the Old and New World, all highlighting small producers, as well as a robust list of wines by the glass. The full bar service is rounded out by seasonally-driven craft cocktails, small-batch beers on draft and a friendly fun bar team that offers late night bites.
