About The Menu
The menu at The Proprietors borrows techniques and flavors from global cuisines while celebrating local ingredients harvested on small Nantucket and New England farms. Executive Chef/Co-Owner Tom Berry serves an adventurous menu of sharable plates and dishes hot off the plancha with a strong focus on imaginative seafood, vegetable and grain presentations. Guests can expect to see dishes playfully combining international flavors with ingredients from small farms and producers raised specifically for the restaurant.
A thoughtful wine program offers a carefully curated selection of international bottles from the Old and New World, all highlighting small producers, as well as a robust list of wines by the glass, third-carafe and half-bottle. The full bar service is rounded out by seasonally-driven craft cocktails, small-batch beers on draft and freshly pulled adult soft serve (flavor highlights include Fromage Blanc with Sea Salt & Vanilla Olive Oil, Organic Salted Caramel Popcorn and Graham Cracker with Blueberries & Basil).
